TaliAds

Terms of Service

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms cover your use of TaliAds at taliads.com. By signing in, you agree to them. If you use TaliAds for a company, you agree on its behalf. Questions go to info@taliads.com.

The service

TaliAds asks AI answer engines questions about your market, records whether they name and cite your brand, and reports the results with their margin of error. It can also read your Google Search Console data if you connect it, and suggests changes to your site. Access is by invitation, one workspace at a time.

Acceptable use

Do not use TaliAds to break the law, to get around the limits of TaliAds or of the services it reads from, to overload or probe our systems, or to resell access without our written agreement.

Your data

What you put into TaliAds and the data from accounts you connect stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts and delete brands or workspaces at any time.

Results are estimates

AI engines change their answers often, and every rate TaliAds reports is a sample with an interval around it. Suggestions are advice, not a promise of rankings, mentions or sales. Check important decisions yourself.

Fees

Any fees, and what they cover, are agreed with you in writing before you are charged. Usage of paid AI engines may be counted against credits shown in the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TaliAds running, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email before the change takes effect.

Ending use

You can stop using TaliAds at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TaliAds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
